More About
Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (VRT)

When an injury occurs to the brain, inner-ear, or spinal cord the bodies’ nervous system must be retrained to compensate for the disorder. Our VRT exercise programs will emphasize postural stability, visual stabilization training, balance challenges, and dizziness-provoking movement compensation exercise to appropriately challenge your body to recover.

Additional relaxation, massage, and acupuncture techniques are often recommended by our therapists to decrease the mental and emotional distress we so often find in this population. More about this can be found by looking into our wellness services.
