Our personal trainers understand that each person we meet is unique and should be treated as such. Having years of experience working alongside Physical Therapists allows our trainers to succeed when working with people of all ages and fitness levels.

Each session includes frequent adjustments to form during exercise, showing you the difference between “good pain” and “bad pain”. This allows you to remain injury-free, and evokes healthy change in your body.

One-on-One Personal Training

An option for the person that enjoys uninterrupted personal attention, customized workouts, and skillful adjustments to form while working out. Each session is unique and dialed in to your specific needs, allowing no time to be wasted. Progress will be tracked from session to session, highlighting the path toward your goals.

Small Group Training

Have a workout partner interested in joining you? We can add them to your hour and lower your cost.

Better Body Group Training

For the social person in mind, our group fitness classes are still designed for your specific needs whilst exercising with friends.

  • 60-Minute classes (2x/week)
Online Training Program Design

Need an exercise program, but too busy to attend regularly-scheduled personal or group training?

Our online training program is unique from others, as you’ll only need to come into the facility every 4 weeks to workout with your trainer. During this session, form adjustments, goal-setting, and exercise updates are made to your program to ensure you’re progressing appropriately. Daily and weekly emails will be sent as needed to improve your accountability between the in-person sessions.

*Program length is established with your trainer during the initial session, and based off of your short and long-term goals, and current level of function.

Who is a good fit for Catalyst Personal Training?

We work with all people from different backgrounds. Athletes, kids, senior citizens, weekend warriors, etc. As long as you want to make a change, we’re here to help.

Can I workout while injured?

YES, you can!  We will personally consult with your doctor or physical therapist and make the correct modifications to ensure you don’t make matters worse.

Do you only have personal training at your locations? Can you come see me at my home?

Yes, we can come to your house for your training needs.

I workout already, but would like some direction, can you help me?

Yes, we can collaborate on the things you like from your current exercise program, and offer evidence-based insights into the methods we know are currently proven to be effective with reaching your goals.

I’ve worked with trainers before and I feel kind of intimidated at some places. Can you give me a sense of what the environment is like at Catalyst?

Sure. We’re a fun bunch looking to make sure you have a great experience. A boutique feel with great energy, lot’s of fun and laughing. We like to take things seriously with a smile. Our trainers ensure you have a great time while breaking a sweat, waking up dormant muscles, and feeling better each week.

Will insurance pay for my personal training?

In short, No. Our personal training is a self-pay service. Some FSA plans do allow for personal training to be covered when the doctor refers you for a condition like Diabetes or Obesity. Approval typically requires a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). These letters must be updated year to year to maintain your eligibility.
