Need an exercise program, but too busy to attend regularly-scheduled personal or group training?
Our online training program is unique from others, as you’ll only need to come into the facility every 4 weeks to workout with your trainer. During this session, form adjustments, goal-setting, and exercise updates are made to your program to ensure you’re progressing appropriately. Daily and weekly emails will be sent as needed to improve your accountability between the in-person sessions.
*Program length is established with your trainer during the initial session, and based off of your short and long-term goals, and current level of function.

YES, you can! We will personally consult with your doctor or physical therapist and make the correct modifications to ensure you don’t make matters worse.

In short, No. Our personal training is a self-pay service. Some FSA plans do allow for personal training to be covered when the doctor refers you for a condition like Diabetes or Obesity. Approval typically requires a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). These letters must be updated year to year to maintain your eligibility.
