Our centrally located, modern 3000 square foot facility is located in the heart of Mission Valley, San Diego directly off the popular Interstate 8 Highway. The area hosts a large amount of business and recreational travelers and serves as a hub for shopping, lodging, and entertainment options.

We now offer our space as a premier venue for hosting health industry events. We realize not all workshops require large amounts of open space so our facility can be broken up into any combination of the following types to meet your needs.


  • Open Studio Space (2000 sq ft space – wired for Audio/Video use)
  • Individual Private Treatment Rooms (2 x 100 sq ft spaces wired for Audio)
  • Multi-purpose Lecture Hall (350 sq ft space wired for Audio/Video use)

  • Private Job-Specific Lifting Technique Trainings (~30-40 people)
  • Yoga (floor/mat based workshops)

Additional areas and amenities available with your space rental may include:

  • Lobby w/ seating and video marketing upon arrival
  • Flake Ice Machine (for drinks or making ice packs)
  • Laundry Room (linens, towels, etc)
  • Water bottle filling station (customized bottles can be ordered
  • Break room (including drip coffee, fridge, and buffet table)

How do I reserve the space for our next event?

Email our event coordinator at info@catalystptandwellness.com to discuss logistics. If we find your event as a good fit, we will have you fill our our rental agreement and assist with coordinating.

How far ahead do I need to reserve the space?

For private treatment rooms we require 1 week advance notice. For larger events that will span the weekend and require more space rental, we require 3 weeks advance notice.

How much does it cost?

Costs depend on the size of the event and amount of legwork you need from our team for preparing the space, executing, and cleaning up after the event. We can provide chairs, treatment tables, and printing of materials if needed.
