More About NormaTec

NormaTec’s patented recovery system was developed in the late 90s by medical doctor and bioengineer researcher Laura Jacobs for treating hospital patients with compromised circulation. Unlike other compression devices that have been around since the 80s, NormaTec Pulse has a unique pressure system that uses rhythmic pulsing, gradient holding, and distal pressure release designed to mimic and enhance the body’s natural circulation and lymphatic pumping. The system can target legs, arms, or hips depending on setup chosen. By design NormaTec has numerous wellness benefits, and is utilized in both sports performance and clinical settings.
