CATALYST PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (CPE) CONSISTS OF A PROFESSIONALLY GUIDED SCREENING THAT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:


  • Health/Medical History Review
  • Static Postural Analysis
  • Dynamic Functional Movement Based 3-D Testing (customized to your sport’s needs)
  • Short and Long-Term Goal Setting
  • Video Analysis + Review
  • Corrective Exercise Prescription
  • FITT Training Profile (Frequency, Intensity, Time, Type)
  • Mobile-friendly Home Exercise Program Design

Additional Tests Available

  • Cardiorespiratory Fitness Testing (additional cost – if applicable to sport)
  • Blood Profile Analyses (additional cost)
  • Body Composition Analysis (additional cost)
  • Nutritional Consult (additional cost)

The Catalyst Performance Evaluation is custom-tailored to your sport allowing for a thorough analysis of each athletic movement required to achieve peak performance in sport.

Team & Individual Testing Available

While we mostly perform these on individuals, team screens are available allowing for a coach to be given a team profile during any part of the season to develop training protocols. Pre- and post-testing data collection is recommended to assess the effectiveness of each training program. This information will be shared with the players and coaching staff to assist with coordinating future development.

They are best conducted out of season or during pre-season (as they’re physically demanding), but can be performed at any time.
