Nutrition Guidelines for Weight Loss


Every new year, we examine our lifestyles and try to implement positive changes, which, oftentimes include resolutions about getting healthy and losing weight. To help steer us in the right direction, our Catalyst Nutritionist, Pedro Sun, has kindly put together some dietary recommendations geared specifically toward shedding extra pounds. What I always love about Pedro’s advice is that it’s evidence-based, yet has a genuine element of compassion and a solid dose of reality (e.g., “are you emotionally ready to make a change?”). Here’s what he had to say.
