Lindsay ventured out West from Chicago to further explore the field of holistic health. She studied her art at the International Professional School of Bodywork, where she pursued concentrations in both the Rolf Method of Structural Integration and Relational Somatic Bodywork. She was asked to join the Structural Integration teaching team at IPSB College in 2012, where she continued to inspire future healers until the schools recent closure.
With an early exploration of sports movement and a lifelong passion for both acquiring knowledge and helping humanity, Lindsay continued to evolve by studying yoga, neurolinguistic programming, trauma recovery treatment, intuitive awareness, fitness training and craniosacral therapy. Combining her vast knowledge with the dedication to spread conscious awareness, Lindsay effortlessly guides clients in reaching their goals, releasing stored trauma from within the body and gaining the ability to continue following their dreams.
Utilizing a highly intuitive, heart-centered, inspiring and educational approach, Lindsay views no two clients in the same way. She understands that every human being is unique and there are often unseen reasons for physical pain, such as psychological stresses, postural dysfunctions, past trauma or deeper health issues. This innate understanding has led her to pursue deeper research into the physical and psychological connection within the human body. When not studying or volunteering her time, you will find Lindsay singing, learning the guitar, weightlifting, hiking and creating art through realism drawings.
