Jena Walther

Though a Pennsylvania native, I’ve been living in San Diego for 10 years (so basically a native, right?). I’ve been personal training for 8 years, helping clients lose weight, gain muscle, and move with less pain. I hold a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from SDSU, and a Fitness Specialist certification with the American College of Sports Medicine. I’ve also contributed health educational pieces to the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Wildfire Life Blogs.

In addition to training, I also spend a lot of time at the Catalyst front desk as Office Manager, overseeing administration and customer service.

My relationship with Catalyst goes way back to 2009 when I began working with the owner, Brian, at another company, then later helping him coach his cycling team, and assisting with admin for his endurance coaching company. I’ve worked many places in my short career, but now really can’t imagine working anywhere other than Catalyst. My goal is to continue helping Catalyst expand its reach across San Diego County so that our incredible team can help touch and heal as many people as possible!
