Schedule: Use our online scheduling system, or call us during clinic hours if you have questions and want us to schedule the appointment for you.

Download and review New Patient Packet: Before your first visit, you may want to look over our New Patient Packet. You can print and complete your paperwork now, then bring it with you to your first appointment. Or, arrive 15 minutes early and fill it out at the clinic.

Please arrive on time for you appointment

Payment: We ask that you when you sign in at the front desk for your appointment. There is an extra $10 Initial Intake fee on your first visit only.
Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothing with sleeves that can be rolled up to the elbows and pants that can be rolled up to the knees. You’ll need to remove your shoes and socks.

Please no perfumes: Many of our patients are sensitive to smells. Please avoid wearing any perfume, cologne, or scented lotions to your appointment.

Cell phones and other electronics: Out of consideration for others, and to get the most out of your own treatment, please completely turn OFF cell phones and ALL other electronic devices before entering the treatment room. We will have soft, soothing music playing; you may bring earplugs if music bothers you.

Eat before your tx: please eat a little something ahead of your appointment, acupuncture on an empty stomach can make you overly tired

Non-urgent scheduling & cancellations: To schedule or cancel an appointment one or more business days in advance, you can use our online schedule system, or call us during clinic hours.

Same-day cancellations & appointments: Please be aware that we require at least 24-hour’s notice for cancellations. We may charge a $15 fee for appointments that are cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice.

Important- Enjoy your treatment! If you have never had acupuncture before, you may be a bit nervous at first, but you’re in for a real treat. Your acupuncturist will review your health history with you, listen to your health concerns and goals, carefully explain the process, and will help ensure that you are relaxed and comfortable at all times. Never hesitate to ask questions. You are in a safe and healing space.
